An Initial Scan

Following a preliminary review of documents and a series of conversations by phone, two of our most-apt associates will join you for three days of on-campus discussion and brain-storming.  We then will consult with other associates and provide the president with a comprehensive report.  It will describe a set of ideas and strategic follow-ups.
